Bahamas Crisis Centre - Family Violence Summit

The Bahamas Crisis Centre  a registered, non-profit organization that provides services to victims of physical, sexual and emotional abuse; will host a Family Violence summit September 22 - 24, 2010 9:30am to 4:30pm at Royal Bahamas Police Force Headquarters, East Street.
 

Author Paulette P. Stubbs is a featured speaker at this event and will share her story of triumph over domestic violence from her book 'It Could Happen To You.' 

The Centre also advocates for legislative and societal protection of survivors and raises public consciousness through education and information.
